Traffic Safety Equipments in Ghana

A useful share of Ghana's road signage is fabricated locally, and that changes what buyers here need from us. Sign shops and contractors want blanks, retroreflective sheeting, extrusion and posts to work with, not finished signs shipped from overseas at freight cost for the air inside them.

We supply both. If you are fabricating, tell us the sheeting class and the blank sizes and we quote materials. If you want finished signs, send the schedule and artwork. For metropolitan and municipal assemblies the recurring items are speed calming, pedestrian crossings and school zone equipment, where the specification is usually written by the assembly's own engineers.

The line worth watching in any of it is the reflective grade. A tender naming a sheeting class expects that class, and it is the item most often quietly substituted by a supplier working back from a price. We quote what was asked for and state the grade on the paperwork, so an inspection at Tema has something to check against rather than a description.
