Getting the machinery to you
Whether the order is one machine, a whole line, or a tender award packed into a single sailing, it runs the same way. Our buyers are importers, distributors, project contractors and the people who run public procurement.
Set at the order, not on your floor
Voltage, frequency, sizing, materials and finish are all decided before anything is made. Nothing gets adapted once the container is open. Panel labelling and the operator manuals can come in the language your people actually work in.
Paperwork that gets it released
Packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and whatever inspection certificate the destination insists on, all travelling with the shipment. Tell us which incoterms your side works on and we price against those.
No seaport of your own
Plenty of our buyers are inland. Ethiopia comes in through Djibouti, Uganda and Rwanda through Mombasa, Zambia through Dar es Salaam or Durban, Bolivia through Arica or Iquique, Paraguay up the river from Montevideo. We quote the road or rail leg to site as part of the price rather than stopping at the quay.
