Bidding this into a tender?
Tell us the quantity, the spec you are bidding against and where it lands. Back comes a specification sheet, a delivered price and a lead time, all in writing.
What buyers ask about the Telescopic Search Kit
Ask a questionDo you make the Telescopic Search Kit yourselves, or buy it in?
We make it. That matters more than it sounds: the person who prices the Telescopic Search Kit for you is the person who can change how it is built, and there is no trading house taking a cut on the way through.
Will you sell me just one?
Yes. One unit is a perfectly normal order, and so is a container of them for a distributor or a contractor.
If several items are going to the same place we will usually suggest putting them in one box - it almost always brings the per-unit landed cost down, and we would rather tell you that than quietly ship three separate consignments.
Can you build it differently for our market?
Yes, and it is decided before manufacture rather than patched afterwards. Sizing, materials, finish, capacity, electrical supply, branding - whatever your destination needs, tell us and it is built that way.
Labelling and manuals can be produced in the language your operators read.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because quantity, specification and destination move it too much for a list price to mean anything. Send those three and you get a real figure, a specification and a lead time in writing.
How does it travel?
Crated for the sea leg and stacked to use the full container rather than half of it. The packing arrangement is written on the quotation, so you know the volume before you book freight.
Who deals with the shipping paperwork?
We do. Container loading, plus the packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and any inspection certificate the destination insists on. Tell us which incoterms your side works on and the quotation is written against those.
And once it lands?
If it needs installing, we install it and train the people who will operate it. If it does not, we check what arrived against what was ordered.
Either way you keep talking to whoever handled your order rather than being handed to a general enquiries address.
Can this go into a public tender bid?
Yes - a large share of what we ship is ministry, council and donor procurement. You get the technical specification and compliance documents laid out the way the tender asks for them, plus the manufacturer authorisation letter that most public bids require from the supplier behind the bidder.
Telescopic Search Kit manufacturers, suppliers and exporters
Our buyers are importers, distributors, project contractors and the people who run public procurement. Every unit is wired for the supply at its destination, crated for the sea leg and released with the paperwork that clears it at the far end. Where there is no seaport we route through the nearest transit port and arrange the road leg to site.
