Product overview

This is a manual cashew nut cutter, operated by hand at a single station rather than driven. In a cashew operation the manual cutter is not simply the cheap option: an experienced operator working a hand cutter can hold a whole-kernel ratio that automated cutting struggles to match, which is why many processors keep a bank of them running alongside automatic machines for their highest grades.

The cutter is built in a combination of stainless steel and mild steel and weighs 35 kg, so it is stable in use without being fixed down permanently. It is supplied in a green finish and is made specifically for the cashew industry.

Complete training and installation are provided free of charge. Because output scales with the number of stations rather than with the machine, tell us your target daily kernel volume and we will advise how many units that implies.

Who deals with the shipping paperwork?

We do. Container loading, plus the packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and any inspection certificate the destination insists on. Tell us which incoterms your side works on and the quotation is written against those.
And once it lands?

If it needs installing, we install it and train the people who will operate it. If it does not, we check what arrived against what was ordered.
Either way you keep talking to whoever handled your order rather than being handed to a general enquiries address.
Can this go into a public tender bid?
