Product overview

An automatic pasta extruder producing 80 to 100 kg per hour, driven by a 20 HP main motor on a 230V supply. It is a continuous cooking extruder, so cooking and forming happen in one pass rather than as separate stages.

The build reflects the loads an extruder actually carries. The main structure is a mild steel tube frame carrying the feeding screw, while the screw and barrels themselves are made in alloy steel, and the die head bolts and nuts are high tensile. The main bearing housing is purpose-designed and bearing-fitted rather than adapted, which is the component that most often limits service life on extrusion equipment run at full duty.

Product contact parts are stainless steel and the machine ships with all standard fittings. For a specification, the useful information is the pasta shapes you intend to run, since die selection follows from that.

How does it travel?

Crated for the sea leg and stacked to use the full container rather than half of it. The packing arrangement is written on the quotation, so you know the volume before you book freight.
Who deals with the shipping paperwork?

We do. Container loading, plus the packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and any inspection certificate the destination insists on. Tell us which incoterms your side works on and the quotation is written against those.
And once it lands?

If it needs installing, we install it and train the people who will operate it. If it does not, we check what arrived against what was ordered.
Either way you keep talking to whoever handled your order rather than being handed to a general enquiries address.
Can this go into a public tender bid?

Yes - a large share of what we ship is ministry, council and donor procurement. You get the technical specification and compliance documents laid out the way the tender asks for them, plus the manufacturer authorisation letter that most public bids require from the supplier behind the bidder.
