Multi-servo drive system: The adoption of a multi-servo drive system ensures the smooth and coherent operation of the entire machine, allowing for customized design based on the film thickness, product height, and belt length of different products.
PLC programmable controller: Equipped with a PLC programmable controller, which ensures stable and reliable operation with excellent performance.
Large color touch screen: The machine is equipped with a large color touch screen, which features multiple intelligent functions such as automatic data memory and retrieval, confirmation of cutting points, automatic counting, parameter setting, local motion control, no-material shutdown, and empty package rejection. This makes the operation convenient and efficient.
Photoelectric detection and bi-directional tracking technology: The use of photoelectric detection and bi-directional tracking technology allows the packaging error to be precisely controlled within ±1mm, effectively reducing material waste and lowering production costs.
PID automatic temperature control instrument: Equipped with a PID automatic temperature control instrument, which has a temperature control accuracy as high as ±1℃, ensuring stable packaging quality.
Direct heating longitudinal sealing design: The direct heating longitudinal sealing design enables the machine to achieve film sealing at low temperatures, significantly extending its service life, reducing downtime caused by film scorching, and thus greatly reducing the scrap rate.

Crated for the sea leg and stacked to use the full container rather than half of it. The packing arrangement is written on the quotation, so you know the volume before you book freight.
Who deals with the shipping paperwork?

We do. Container loading, plus the packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and any inspection certificate the destination insists on. Tell us which incoterms your side works on and the quotation is written against those.
And once it lands?

If it needs installing, we install it and train the people who will operate it. If it does not, we check what arrived against what was ordered.
Either way you keep talking to whoever handled your order rather than being handed to a general enquiries address.
Can this go into a public tender bid?

Yes - a large share of what we ship is ministry, council and donor procurement. You get the technical specification and compliance documents laid out the way the tender asks for them, plus the manufacturer authorisation letter that most public bids require from the supplier behind the bidder.
