Product overview

A vacuum sealer that removes the air from the bag and seals it, holding the contents in vacuum for extended storage and easier transport. It takes plastic composite and foil composite film bags and handles food, fruit, vegetables, chemicals, precision instruments, garments and hardware, as well as powders and liquids. Gas can be filled into the bag instead of a vacuum where the product requires it.

Specification

The cycle covers four stages automatically: vacuuming, sealing, printing and cooling. The cooling stage is the one most often left out of cheaper equipment and the reason its seals fail. A seal that is not cooled under pressure stays soft as the jaw lifts and can peel apart later in the supply chain, long after it left the factory looking sound.

The chamber uses 304 stainless steel plate to international food standard, which gives it high strength and makes it resistant to damage in daily use.

How does it travel?

Crated for the sea leg and stacked to use the full container rather than half of it. The packing arrangement is written on the quotation, so you know the volume before you book freight.
Who deals with the shipping paperwork?

We do. Container loading, plus the packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and any inspection certificate the destination insists on. Tell us which incoterms your side works on and the quotation is written against those.
And once it lands?

If it needs installing, we install it and train the people who will operate it. If it does not, we check what arrived against what was ordered.
Either way you keep talking to whoever handled your order rather than being handed to a general enquiries address.
Can this go into a public tender bid?

Yes - a large share of what we ship is ministry, council and donor procurement. You get the technical specification and compliance documents laid out the way the tender asks for them, plus the manufacturer authorisation letter that most public bids require from the supplier behind the bidder.
