Product overview

Works on volumetric principle with diving nozzles.
This versatile unit is suitable for filling various viscosity liquid in to the container.
The unit is consisting of S.S. slat conveyor, reciprocating nozzle with self-cantering devices & S.S. syringe with S.S. body.

Specification

Empty containers moving on S.S. slat conveyor, stop through settable twin pneumatically/mechanically operated stopper system below the filling nozzles and meantime container accurately filled by filling nozzle.
The container can be easily and precisely match below the nozzles by help of twin pneumatically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles which is avoid spillage of liquid on container.
The liquid dose can be easily set by block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes.

Self lubricating UHMW-PE guide profile for S.S. slat chain provides low friction wear surface, smooth and noiseless conveying.

Nitrogen flushing system provided (Pre or Post) as required by customer.

How does it travel?

Crated for the sea leg and stacked to use the full container rather than half of it. The packing arrangement is written on the quotation, so you know the volume before you book freight.
Who deals with the shipping paperwork?

We do. Container loading, plus the packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and any inspection certificate the destination insists on. Tell us which incoterms your side works on and the quotation is written against those.
And once it lands?

If it needs installing, we install it and train the people who will operate it. If it does not, we check what arrived against what was ordered.
Either way you keep talking to whoever handled your order rather than being handed to a general enquiries address.
Can this go into a public tender bid?

Yes - a large share of what we ship is ministry, council and donor procurement. You get the technical specification and compliance documents laid out the way the tender asks for them, plus the manufacturer authorisation letter that most public bids require from the supplier behind the bidder.
